One of the last things I did when I sent Stew’s Comanche back to Shannon Stewart in October was to breed him to one of my does. I hoped to get another chestnut that would carry the mass in the head that made Comanche so well-known. In fact, the breeding produced a chestnut buck AND 3 orange kits! It’s too early to determine whether or not these little ones will be show worthy or not, but it’s just so cool to see the color in the litter.
I’ll post more on this litter as they mature.
